Your privacy

Effective October 3, 2026.

1. What we collect. When you book: your name, work email, label or company, the artist, the song title, your song link or file, the release date and anything you write in the notes. When you visit a page made for you: the time of your first visit, so your 7-day first-campaign price lasts the same 7 days on every device. When you pay: Stripe handles your card; we never see the card number.
2. Why. To make your sample videos, run and report on your campaign, send you emails about your booking, and keep the records a business must keep.
3. Who else sees it. Only the services we run on: Google Workspace (our email and booking records), Cloudflare (this website and its anonymous visit counts, with no tracking cookies), Stripe (payments), Instantly (the emails we send) and Metricool (posting and view counts). We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
4. Your song. An unreleased song stays confidential. It is used only to make your sample videos and, if you book, your campaign videos. Song files are deleted 90 days after your campaign ends, or sooner if you ask.
5. Cookies. The site stores one small value in your browser: when your 7-day price started. Nothing else, and no advertising cookies.
6. How long we keep it. Booking and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Everything else is deleted when it is no longer needed, or when you ask.
7. Your choices. Email us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. To stop our emails, reply "no" to any of them.
